Babér utca 13-15

Babér utca 13-15 was designed by Tér64 architects as part of Metrodom's portfolio of premium residential developments. The project was situated in an area that had undergone significant renewal over the previous 20 years, maintaining its garden suburb character despite numerous new buildings. The location was strategically ideal - away from the noise of Váci út traffic, yet just a 4-minute walk from the Gyöngyösi utca metro station and Duna Plaza. The building's distinctive design featured stepped building wings with intensive green roofs, creating roof gardens that defined the character of the entire structure. The development offered diverse apartment options, from studio apartments to 3-4 bedroom family homes, all equipped with smart home systems including intelligent, remotely controllable heating.

For the Babér utca 13-15 project, we created comprehensive exterior visualizations showcasing the building's unique façade and stepped architecture. Our renderings highlighted the distinctive green roofs and garden areas that were central to the development's character and appeal.

We also produced detailed interior visualizations of the main lobby areas, capturing the impressive entrance hall with its 7-meter height, large glass portals, and suspended first-floor walkway. These visualizations emphasized the premium quality interior design elements, including the carefully selected color scheme and materials chosen by the interior designer.

Our work helped potential buyers visualize both the exterior appearance of this standout residential building and the sophisticated common areas that would welcome residents and visitors. The visualizations were instrumental in communicating how the development would rise above the average standard, offering a premium living environment with exceptional attention to design details and quality materials.
