Background
Dyer architects were commissioned to deliver affordable yet elegant interiors for this local shopping center, joining the project when it was already in an advanced stage. Despite limited influence on the exterior envelope, the team focused on creating a humble and honest interior approach that would instill trust in the customer base. The design strategy avoided flashy or ostentatious elements, instead utilizing a perpendicular raster system as the generator of all forms and design decisions throughout the space
What We Did
We created detailed 3D visualizations of the interior spaces for Bravo Mall, bringing to life Dyer's vision of a warm, approachable shopping environment. Our renderings showcased the perpendicular grid system that defines the ceilings, floor finishes, shop fronts, and pilasters, highlighting how this coordinated design creates a cohesive shopping experience. We also visualized the free-flowing furniture and suspended lighting elements that complement the orthogonal composition, helping the architects effectively communicate their design concept to stakeholders.
