Joli Coeur Berlin

Located near Charlottenburg Palace, this remarkable development breathes new life into a 100-year-old landmark protected building that once served as a children's hospital and later a maternity clinic until 2005. The renovation preserved the building's fascinating charm by carefully restoring all the beautiful ornaments and details, while adding modern elements that create a harmonious contrast between the dark red brick structure and clean white new construction. The project began taking shape in 2012 when ActivumSG purchased the 10.6-acre site, with unit sales starting in summer 2013.

For the Joli Coeur project, we created detailed exterior visualizations that captured the striking contrast between the historic red brick building and the modern white additions with their large window surfaces. We also developed interior renderings in four different design styles to match the project website structure, showcasing the diverse apartment types ranging from 40 to 158 m² with 1 to 5 rooms. Our visualizations highlighted key features including the high ceilings (up to 3.40m), floor heating, balconies, and the peaceful green surroundings that make this development so special
