Promenade Gardens is a large-scale office development located on Váci út, Budapest's main office corridor. Designed by Finta Studio with a distinctive comb-shaped structure, this 25,000 sqm sustainable building features four parallel wings connected to green spaces, creating a harmonious blend wi…

Background

The project's history dates back to 2007 when Horizon Development initiated the land development with Finta Studio creating the first concept plans. Although final plans were approved in 2009, construction was halted and only resumed in 2016, with the foundation stone ceremonially laid in 2017. The building was designed with a unique triad of momentum, rhythm, and flow, avoiding typical curtain walling seen in neighboring developments. After completion, the property was acquired by Erste Real Estate Fund in August 2018, who had been following the project closely since 2016.

What We Did

At Vision Graphics, we created comprehensive visualization materials for the Promenade Gardens project, including exterior renderings and aerial photo integrations. Our work showcased the building's distinctive architectural elements - the four parallel wings with varied rhythmic façades, the horizontal articulation on Váci út, and the 5.5-meter wide promenade along Révész Street. We highlighted the landscaped internal garden with water features that serves as an open-air meeting space, and emphasized the building's connection to surrounding green areas.
