Sasad Liget 4

The Sasad Liget complex gained popularity thanks to its proximity to nature and excellent location, with downtown Budapest easily accessible via the recently completed M4 metro line and various other public transportation options. The neighborhood offers outstanding infrastructure with schools, banks, shopping centers, pharmacies, and medical facilities in the immediate vicinity. The apartments, designed by Tér 64 Architectural Office, ranged from 28 to 100 square meters, featuring generous 2.85-meter ceiling heights, spacious layouts, and large windows overlooking green spaces.

For the Sasad Liget 4 project, Vision Graphics created detailed exterior visualizations that showcased the modern architectural design of the six buildings within their natural setting. Our exterior renderings highlighted the development's harmonious integration with the surrounding landscape, emphasizing the abundant green spaces that make up the majority of the 10-hectare property. These visualizations helped Biggeorge effectively market these energy-efficient homes, which feature heat and sound-insulated windows and solar collector systems for hot water production.
