Sasad Liget 1

Located on the gentle slopes southwest of Sas Hill, this residential development spans more than 13 hectares bordered by Beregszász, Rodostó, and Nagyszeben streets. The project was thoughtfully designed by Gábor Zoboki to harmonize with the existing family homes in the area while creating a modern living environment. The development's centerpiece is a sprawling 3,500-square-meter park that serves as a natural gathering space for residents of the five separate buildings housing 215 apartments. The project's tagline "Your nature!" perfectly captures its essence - creating homes where residents can enjoy both urban convenience and natural surroundings.

For the Sasad Liget 1 project, Vision Graphics was commissioned to create comprehensive exterior visualizations that would showcase the development's unique balance of modern architecture and abundant green spaces. Our team produced detailed exterior renderings highlighting the five distinct buildings and their integration with the expansive central park. Additionally, we developed a dynamic 3D animation that allowed potential buyers to experience a virtual journey through the development, showcasing the flowing pathways, landscaped gardens, and architectural details from multiple perspectives. These visual assets played a crucial role in helping Biggeorge successfully market this inaugural phase of what would become one of Budapest's most sought-after residential developments.
