Background

The Silver Side development was thoughtfully designed to cater to diverse residents - from young singles to multi-generational families. Ground floor apartments feature private gardens separated by natural greenery, while typical units include balconies for outdoor living. The sixth floor houses spacious two-level apartments with generous terraces, perfect for larger families. Between the two building wings, residents enjoy a beautiful communal green space with benches and a children's playground, creating a sense of community within this urban setting.

What We Did

Our visualization team created comprehensive visual materials for the Silver Side project, including detailed exterior renderings that highlight the building's modern architectural features and urban context. We developed aerial integration visuals showing how the complex fits within Budapest's IX district neighborhood. For interiors, we focused on showcasing the practical yet stylish living spaces, from cozy studios to spacious two-level apartments. Our 3D animations brought the project to life, allowing potential buyers to virtually experience moving through the apartments, communal areas, and the inviting green courtyard between the buildings.
