Background
Located in the center of Lenin district, one of Saratov's largest and actively developing areas, TAU Gallery was positioned at the intersection of main transport and pedestrian traffic flows in a historical shopping area. Developed by TDS corporation, a company with 50 years of experience in the Saratov real estate market, the project aimed to fill a gap in the city's retail landscape, as Saratov had no large-scale professional shopping centers at the time. The development included not only retail spaces but also the city's first ice arena and aqua park, spanning 12,500 sqm, making it a true destination for the 1.19 million people in the Saratov-Engels agglomeration.
What We Did
We created comprehensive exterior and interior visualizations for the TAU Gallery project, bringing to life the distinctive organic red ribbon feature that defines the building's identity. Our renderings showcased how this elegant design element provides dynamism to the otherwise cost-effective façades, creating a clear and recognizable brand for the development. The interior visualizations highlighted the dramatic central volume with abundant natural daylight, lush landscaping, and carefully selected materials that create a total family shopping experience. Our work helped communicate how this development would offer both tenants and shoppers a unique balance of convenience and distinctive identity in a city that previously lacked professional shopping and entertainment centers.
