Background

The project's location offered excellent connectivity through multiple transportation options, including a 25-30 minute car journey from central Moscow, shuttle buses from metro stations and Sheremetevo airport, and a 30-minute train ride to Mytishchi central railway station. A unique feature was the planned private rail line for the museum, allowing for shuttle train/tram access that would enhance visitor experience. The site's proximity to the Yauza River and city park enabled the creation of a scenic pedestrian approach via a new footbridge, connecting the development to the city's main circulation through the park axis.

What We Did

Our team created detailed exterior visualizations for the Technical Museum project, capturing the dynamic and graceful massing of the entrance building inspired by Russian vehicles. We developed renderings showcasing how the three tower units positioned at the corners of the triangular site would create a distinctive new skyline for the Mytishchi district. Our visualizations highlighted the project's unique outdoor exhibition areas, including the demonstration road and spectacular turntable for trains. Through our work, we helped communicate how this ambitious development would establish a contemporary landmark that creatively utilized its location while providing a fresh approach to displaying technological achievements.
