For the Emerald Residence project, Vision Graphics was commissioned to create comprehensive visual content showcasing the luxurious interior spaces of two representative apartments. We developed detailed interior renderings that highlighted the elegant design elements including the forest green velvet surfaces, champagne accents, and noble materials that define the project’s sophisticated aesthetic. Our visualizations captured the spacious layouts with their 2.85-meter ceiling heights and abundant natural light flowing through large windows. Additionally, we created immersive 360° virtual tours for both apartments, allowing potential buyers to experience the unique spatial qualities and premium finishes that set these residences apart. Our visualizations emphasized the harmonious connection between the modern interiors and the historic surroundings visible through the windows, helping Biggeorge Property effectively market these exclusive properties to both domestic and international clients.

The Story:

The Emerald Residence occupies the site of the former Downtown Telephone Exchange Center built in the 1970s, which itself replaced a Servite monastery connected to St. Anne’s Church. This development represents a new category in the Hungarian market - “Landmark” residential developments - offering timeless elegance with exceptional quality. The project features a thoughtfully designed interior concept by este’r partners studio that incorporates an iconic forest green color palette combined with champagne tones, metals, and veined marbles throughout the spaces. The building’s completion has revitalized not only the church surroundings but also Szervita Square itself, with an inner passageway featuring cafés and shops that allows pedestrians to walk around the historic church.
