The Albatrosz Ház is a modern residential complex in Budapest's XI district, featuring 63 apartments with sizes ranging from 36-73 m2, built on a 1,853 m2 plot with a total built area of 6,000 m2.

Background

Completed in September 2006, this close line building project showcases thoughtful urban design, adhering to local building prescriptions while maximizing living space. The complex includes a basement floor and ground-floor garage with 63 parking spaces, catering to the needs of its residents. The back yard serves as a recreational area, offering inhabitants a peaceful retreat within the bustling city

What We Did

Our team at Vision Graphics was tasked with creating exterior visualizations, a short 3D animation, and marketing-level floor plans for the Albatrosz Ház project. We utilized advanced 3D visualization techniques to showcase the building's modern architecture and highlight its key features, including the efficient use of space and the inviting communal areas. The short animation provided potential buyers with a dynamic view of the property, while the marketing-level floor plans offered clear and attractive representations of the various apartment layouts
