Németvölgyi Residence

Designed with a focus on modern elements, practicality, and livability, Németvölgyi Residence represents an innovative architectural approach in one of Budapest's most elite neighborhoods. The development features buildings with distinctive colored glass façade elements that complement the area's distinguished character while adding a contemporary touch. What makes this project particularly special is that no two apartments within the same building are alike, with each floor following different layouts. The concept creates a "garden house" effect where ground floor apartments have private gardens while upper floor units feature spacious terraces and green roofs, giving residents the feeling of living in individual houses with gardens despite being in a multi-unit development.

For the Németvölgyi Residence project, Vision Graphics was commissioned to create detailed interior visualizations and immersive 360° tours for two representative apartments. Our team developed comprehensive interior renderings that highlighted the unique spatial qualities of these individually designed living spaces, emphasizing the abundant natural light flowing through large windows and the connection to outdoor terraces. We created interactive 360° panorama tours that allowed potential buyers to virtually experience the thoughtfully designed interiors. Our visualizations played a crucial role in marketing these luxury properties to their target demographic of affluent 35-65 year-olds seeking high-quality, energy-efficient homes in a green environment.
