Sasad Liget 3

The Sasad Liget 3 development was designed by Tér 64 Építész Iroda with a strong emphasis on integrating nature into everyday living. The project features spacious, individually tailored apartments with unique layouts and generous ceiling heights of 2.85 meters. Residents enjoy both the serenity of abundant green spaces - including parks, front gardens, and tree-lined pathways - while maintaining easy access to urban amenities like banks, schools, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The nearby M4 metro line provides quick connections to downtown Budapest, with the Kelenföld metro station area continuously developing with new conference centers, offices, and commercial spaces.

For the Sasad Liget 3 project, Vision Graphics created comprehensive visual content to showcase this nature-integrated development. We produced detailed exterior visualizations highlighting the modern architecture nestled within lush green surroundings, developed interior renderings for a representative apartment to demonstrate the spacious layouts and abundant natural light, and created a 3D animation that allowed potential buyers to experience the development's atmosphere and flow. Our video production captured the essence of living in harmony with nature while enjoying urban conveniences, helping Biggeorge effectively market these unique properties to prospective residents seeking a balanced lifestyle.
