Avalon Business Center

The Avalon Business Center project, initiated by the HELL group's AVALON CENTER Ltd. in 2018, underwent significant evolution over time. After extensive consultations with city officials and local residents, the original plans for the downtown location were reconsidered. The developers ultimately decided to relocate the office complex to Zsigmondy Street, at the former Északterv headquarters, while planning a different type of development for the original Szent István Square location. This decision came after recognizing the community's preference for a different type of structure in the historic city center, with the developers working closely with Miskolc's chief architect to ensure any new building would harmonize with the existing urban fabric.

For the Avalon Business Center project, Vision Graphics created a comprehensive visual package to showcase this cutting-edge development. We produced detailed exterior renderings highlighting the modern architectural design, complemented by atmospheric night visualizations that emphasized the building's dramatic lighting features. Our team developed an immersive 3D animation allowing viewers to experience the building's relationship with its surroundings, and we integrated drone photography to place the virtual building convincingly within the actual Miskolc cityscape. Additionally, we created interactive 360° tours of both the interior spaces and exterior surroundings, with special drone-based 360° panoramas providing a unique bird's-eye perspective of how this landmark development would transform Miskolc's skyline. These visualizations played a crucial role in the project's presentation to stakeholders and the public during the consultation process.
